Ashley Mele is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2011 and Wagner College’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program in 2018. Ashley has been working in the medical field for 12 years as a performance expert and has a strong background in integrative and functional medicine as well as orthopedic surgery. She joined Atlantic Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in December, 2023.

Ashley is dedicated to helping her patients heal naturally by getting to the root cause of their symptoms. Having utilized many of these methods personally, her passion comes through in her communication and approach with patients.

Ashley’s performance-driven, laid back approach and expertise in the most modern cutting edge treatments makes her a huge asset to pre/post operative patients, athletes and anyone looking to improve their wellbeing.
