Oliver Grover, DC MS leads the holistic arm of the practice. Dr. Grover has extensive experience in working in a multidisciplinary setting. His focus has always been a team-based approach to provide high-quality patient-centered care. He completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College, and Masters of Acupuncture training at Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture. Afterward, Dr. Grover enrolled in Tri-State College of Acupuncture to master his trigger point release and dry needling techniques. He believes in an "east meets west" approach, coupling modern research-based treatment modalities with traditional Chinese medicine.

Through continued education, Dr. Grover supplements his passion and clinical experience in alternative medicine to traditional sports medicine and orthopedic care to achieve a shortened recovery period. As a prior athlete, Dr. Grover has advanced knowledge of biomechanics and human anatomy. He is a firm believer in the body’s ability to heal itself however, he works with a team of experts to ensure consistent accurate diagnosis and plan of care.

Dr. Grover is a native of NYC and in his spare time, he enjoys traveling the world, tasting new cuisines, and all things sports including skiing and fishing.
