Bruce Haymann, Lac

Bruce Haymann LAc, is a New York State-licensed Acupuncturist and Oriental Medicine practitioner. He graduated from Tri-State College of Acupuncture with a Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. During his studies, he learned several styles of acupuncture, including trigger point acupuncture, which he was specifically drawn to due to the instant relief it provided patients, including himself. After graduation, he continued his education by taking Neurofunctional Acupuncture courses, which focus on treating musculoskeletal conditions using modern knowledge of muscle anatomy and neurology. He also studied Zhen Gu Tui Na, a type of Tui Na massage that aims to balance the soft tissues and skeletal structures of the body. His treatment approach combines multiple acupuncture and manual techniques to reduce pain and inflammation and balance the body and mind. After working extensively with various neurologists, pain management specialists, and sports doctors in New York City, he firmly believes in utilizing both Western and Eastern medicine approaches for optimal results.

Bruce is a huge fan of cars and has driven/raced on multiple tracks along the East Coast. He hopes to someday drive on the Nürburgring.
